Yarrow
Yarrow was once known as "Herba militaris" due to its extensive use on the battlefield as a styptic being used to stop both internal and external bleeding. It’s commonly used to relieve excessive menstrual flow, help regulate the cycle and is found to be helpful during menopause. It can also be useful for various inflammatory conditions, such as hayfever, colds and flu and to treat infections of the urinary tract. In Chinese philosophy, Yarrow is thought to convey the perfect balance between yin and yang.
