An organic elixir of herbal tinctures to aid healthy and continued sleep.Includes Valerian, Passionflower, Skullcap, Lemon Balm, California Poppy & Hops.
Directions:
Take 5 ml 15-30 minutes before bedtime.
Repeat dose if woken during the night. Increase dose to 10ml if required.
Always dilute in 10ml of water.
Food supplement. Vegan. Not a substitute for a balanced diet. Formulated by Medical Herbalist Elaine Everitt.
